What is server colocation?

It is the service of housing your own physical server in a professional data centre with power, cooling and internet connectivity. The hardware is yours; we provide the space, power, connectivity and security infrastructure.

Which data centre will my server be hosted in?

Servers are hosted at Netweb Data Center in İstanbul, on Tier 3 data centre infrastructure.

What is the difference between the 1U, 2U and ATX packages?

U is the unit of height a device takes up inside a cabinet. 1U is for slim rack servers and 2U for taller rack servers. The ATX package is space reserved for non-rack servers in ATX cases. For devices with higher power needs, there is the #TR3 package with 2A of power.

Is hardware installation charged?

No. Hardware delivered to the data centre is installed by our team free of charge .

Is DDoS protection included in the packages?

Yes. Every colocation package includes 99% DDoS protection, a 1 Gbit/s port, unlimited traffic and 3 IP addresses. More about DDoS protection.
